Here at The Best E Cigarette we value customer feedback and do our best to keep everyone happy. This is why we heavily encourage feedback. Following us on the specified social media outlets is a great way of keeping up to date with us. If at any point you wish to give us any form of feedback, any of these outlets are a suitable method of doing so. We will respond to you as soon as possible, and do our best to keep you happy.

Additionally, if you have any reasonable recommendations such as new E Liquid flavours or E Cigarette kits, you can propose them to us and we can then pass this on to management to consider it. There’s no promises that we’ll be able to adhere to your request, although it will certainly be considered and discussed with the staff.
