Click & Collect Information

Click & Collect is a facility where you can purchase your products online and pick them up in-store so you don't have to wait around in the shop for them. Also, you save money on delivery costs as this method is completely free!

Click & Collect from our Alfreton Store

This option is relatively simple; on checkout on our website select your delivery option as 'Click & Collect from our Alfreton Store', make the payment and then come and collect your order! Our shop is located at 86 High Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BE. If you place an order outside of our business hours (9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday or 10:00am-2:00pm on Sunday) we aim to have your order ready within an hour of us opening the store. If you order within our business hours we aim to have your order ready within an hour, however we have a cut off point of 3pm on Monday-Saturday and 12:00pm on Sunday so we can stay on top of our orders. Any Click & Collect orders placed after this time have a small chance of being packed but are by no means guaranteed; it's highly likely that they will not be dealt with until the next day. You can check the status of your order (whether it's being packed, is not currently being dealt with or is ready for collection) by going into your account (click the 'Account' button in the top right corner of the Homepage) and clicking 'My Orders'. Here you will have a list of the orders you have placed. Find the relevant one and then look at its 'Status'; this tells you what stage your order is at. If the status says 'New' then the payment has not yet gone through. This is usually temporary while the payment is processing; if it stays this way and the payment does not go through then we will get in touch with you to help you find a solution. If it says 'Payment Received' then your payment has gone through but we are not yet dealing with your order. If it says 'Picking - *Staff Name*' then your order is being put together by one of our team and should be ready very soon. If your order says 'Ready for collection from The Best E Cigarette store' then your order is ready for you to come and collect! At this point we will usually add a note to your order clarifying this which will be automatically emailed over to you. You are then free to come and collect your order at your earliest convenience providing it is before we close (5:30pm on Monday-Saturday and 2:00pm on Sunday).
