Shipping, Availability, Refunds and Returns

We offer five delivery options to choose from when placing your order:

- Evri Standard Delivery - £2.99. Delivered Mon-Sat via Evri's standard service. Free over £15

- Same Day Delivery - £3.95. Available for delivery within a 6-mile radius of DE55 7BE. Orders must be placed before 3 pm to receive delivery between 4 pm and 8 pm the same day. Terms Apply.

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99. Tracked and signed for, arriving within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99. Tracked and signed for, arriving within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

- DHL Next Day £6.99. Tracked and signed for with a 1-hour arrival time slot. Arrives 1 working day after dispatch. Orders over £75 qualify for free DHL Next Day Delivery.

Please note that if delivery charges apply to your order, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery method to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective service. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.

Working Days: Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days, though Royal Mail & Evri occasionally deliver on Saturdays.

Bank Holidays: Royal Mail, DHL and Evri do not deliver or collect on Bank Holidays.

Order Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 3 pm (or before 1:45 pm for DHL) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (or after 1:45 pm for DHL) will be dispatched the next working day.

Weekends: Orders placed after 3 pm (or after 1:45 pm for DHL) on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Evri orders will be dispatched on Saturday.

Delivery Timeframes: While DHL Next Day is generally reliable, it is not guaranteed. Royal Mail delivery times are also not guaranteed. Delays may occur, especially around public holidays or in non-mainland England areas. If your parcel does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact us.

Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered only to the address provided. Ensure your delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. You are responsible for ensuring the parcel is received by someone 18 years or older.

DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty: Inspect your product immediately upon receipt. You have 3 days to contact us for a return or exchange (based on product description).

Upon Receiving Your Parcel:

  • Verify that the parcel is not damaged. We recommend checking the parcel before signing. If it appears damaged, we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
  • Refuse to sign for visibly damaged parcels and inform the courier to return it to the sender.
  • If you notice any damage, take digital photos and email them to us at support@thebestecigarette.info.

Environmental Note: We no longer print invoices. You will receive an email confirmation with a detailed order breakdown.

Statutory Rights: These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Same Day Delivery T&C's

Same Day Delivery Terms and Conditions

    1. Service Area: Same-day delivery is available within a 6-mile radius of the postcode DE55 7BE

    2. Delivery Fee: The delivery fee for same-day service is £3.95

    3. Order Cut-off Time: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm Mon-Sat on the day of delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.

    4. Availability: Same-day delivery is subject to availability. We will confirm the availability of this service at the time of order confirmation.

    5. Delivery Timeframe: Same-day delivery will be completed within a window of 4 hours 4pm-8pm, depending on order volume and logistical factors.

    6. Delivery Address: Same-day delivery is only available to addresses within the specified 6-mile radius of DE55 7BE. We reserve the right to cancel or amend delivery if the address falls outside this area.

    7. Order Confirmation: A confirmation email or text message will be sent once the order is placed and again once the delivery is dispatched. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate.

    8. Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, or high order volumes, we may need to adjust delivery times. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

    9. Access and Delivery Restrictions: If there are specific delivery instructions or restricted access to the delivery address, please provide there details at the time of ordering. Our delivery personnel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these instructions.

    10. Cancellation and Refunds: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed for same-day delivery, please contact us immediately. Refunds for cancelled orders will be subject to our standard refund policy.
