14 Day Cooling Off Period

All orders are subject to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that if you change your mind, within 14 days you may return the entire order to us for a full refund of the purchase price. This is providing that all items are unused and are in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, all packaging needs to remain sealed.

We do not cover the cost of returning the items to us (your shipping costs). We advise for your own peace of mind that you obtain proof of postage when returning anything, and would suggest that you may even want to consider recorded delivery for extra peace of mind, as we cannot issue refunds for any items that are not returned to us, such as items lost in the post.

Warranty on products

Electronic cigarette atomisers/cartomisers and e-cigarette rechargeable batteries (although made to the highest quality) are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use. Please refer to the guides on our homepage for help and advice on how to maintain and use your items. We recommend that you test all products when you receive them to make sure they work correctly. Any products returned after the 90 day warranty can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged.

All of our batteries, chargers and mods come with a 90-day guarantee, any issues within the guarantee period must be sent to support@thebestecigarette.info explaining the problem. An electronic cigarette battery's expected lifespan is 1-5 months.

Clearomisers/atomisers/cartomisers are sold as a single use disposable item and come with a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. You must inform us of any issues within 72 hours of receipt, by sending an email to support@thebestecigarette.info. An electronic cigarette atomiser's expected lifespan is around 3-15 days.

For disposable e-cigarettes (pre-filled, non-rechargeable) we are unable to offer any warranty because they are consumable products that can have a lifespan of under one day (depending on usage). For example, while there are users who can make one disposable last them a full week, there are also users who consistently go through two or more disposables per day. The lifespan varies drastically for each user.

The only instance in which we can exchange or refund a disposable device is when it is unused and fully sealed in its original packaging as per section 18 of our Terms and Conditions "RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS".

Product Return and Testing Policy

This policy outlines the process for handling returned kits that require testing to verify reported faults.

1. Acceptance of returned kits

- All returned kits must be accompanied by the following.

- Proof of purchase ( receipt or invoice)

- A description of the fault.

- Returned kits must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, if applicable.

2. Initial Inspection

- Upon receipt, the kit will be visually inspected for signs of misuse, tampering or damage not covered under warranty.

- If external damage inconsistent with the claimed fault is identified, the kit may not qualify for further testing.

3. Testing Process

- The returned kit will undergo a thorough diagnostic test to verify the claimed fault.

- Testing will be conducted by senior members of staff using approved methods and equipment.

4. Resolution

- If the claimed fault is verified and falls within warranty terms, the kit will be:

- Replaced with an identical or equivalent model if repairs are not possible.

- Or a full refund will be given.

5. Communication

Customers will be informed of the testing results within the next working business day.

Any next steps will be communicated clearly and promptly.

6. Non-returnable kits

- Kits returned without proof of purchase or a clear fault description may not be accepted for testing.

- Kits with signs of tampering, unauthorised repairs, or extensive physical damage will not qualify for warranty service.

By returning a kit, online or in-store, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. This ensures a fair and consistent approach to handling returned and resolving issues effectively.
